Nuts about Peaches

Peaches, dark cherries, cashew yogurt, almond butter and arugula are the stars of this fresh and crisp protein packed smoonthie.

Serves 1

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1/4 cup fresh water
  • 1/2 small container of Forager Vanilla Bean Cashewgurt (but any vanilla yogurt will do)
  • 8 frozen peach slices
  • 1/4 cup frozen dark tart cheeries
  • Handful of arugula
  • 1 tbsp almond butter (we like Justin's)
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp hemp seeds
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2- 3 ice cubes

DIRECTIONS

  1. Add all liquids to blender. Then add yogurt, fruit, almond butter, greens, seeds and vanilla.  Add the ice last.
  2. Blend on high for about 1 1/2 minutes.
  3. Enyoy!
