Nuts about Peaches
Peaches, dark cherries, cashew yogurt, almond butter and arugula are the stars of this fresh and crisp protein packed smoonthie.
Serves 1
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup coconut water
- 1/4 cup fresh water
- 1/2 small container of Forager Vanilla Bean Cashewgurt (but any vanilla yogurt will do)
- 8 frozen peach slices
- 1/4 cup frozen dark tart cheeries
- Handful of arugula
- 1 tbsp almond butter (we like Justin's)
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp hemp seeds
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2- 3 ice cubes
DIRECTIONS
- Add all liquids to blender. Then add yogurt, fruit, almond butter, greens, seeds and vanilla. Add the ice last.
- Blend on high for about 1 1/2 minutes.
