Calming Green Smoothie
This refreshing, creamy and delicous smoothie will soothe your nerves and balance you for day full of demands.
Serves 2
INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 Frozen banana
- 1/2 Green Apple
- 1 cup Spinach
- 1 cup Green leaf lettuce
- 4- 1" Slices cucumber
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 8-10 Raw cashews
- 2 tbsp Hemp seeds
- 2 cups Filtered water
- 1 tbsp Chia seeds
- optioanal to add 1 scoop protein powder
- 2-3 ice cubes
INSTRUCTIONS
- Add all ingredients into blender and blend on high for about 1-2 minutes.
- Pour and enjoy!
