Pumpkin Pie and Cranberry Smoothie
This is a favorite of ours right about this time of year. The season is changing, the leaves are turning bright fall colors and we are craving the rich and creamy taste of pumkin.
Pumpkin Pie and Cranberry Smoothie
Serves 2
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup pumkin puree (organic canned is easy to use)
- 1 cup almond or other non-dairy milk
- 1/2 cup frozen or fresh cranberries
- 1 tbsp hemp seeds
- 1 tbsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1 /2 cup non dairy yogurt
- 4-5 ice cubes
INSTRUCTIONS
- Add all ingredients - except ice and blend for 1 mnute. Add the ice and continue to blend for another minute or two or until creamy. Pour into 2 glasses and enjoy!
