Healthy Pina Colada
It's National Pina Colada Day! We're serving up these healthy pina coladas and dreaming of a tropical vacation! Enjoy :)
INGREDIENTS
2 cups light (unsweetened) coconut milk
2 cups coconut water
2 bananas, frozen
1 ½ cups pineapple, frozen
1 tablespoon chia seeds
STEPS
- Throw everything in a blender.
- Serve with a fresh slice of pineapple and some shredded coconut
