Healthy Pina Colada

Pineapple

INGREDIENTS

2 cups light (unsweetened) coconut milk
2 cups coconut water
2 bananas, frozen
1 ½ cups pineapple, frozen
1 tablespoon chia seeds

STEPS

  1. Throw everything in a blender.
  2. Serve with a fresh slice of pineapple and some shredded coconut
